The website redesign would set the tone for a whole brand refresh, so our challenge from the start was to make sure we were creating a digital experience that truly represented the friendly and personal touch that customers received in the branch while thinking ahead of how every digital tool could help create new opportunities to support all customers through their financial journey.
Designed with the Customer in Mind
We restructured the navigation of the site to represent the different lines of business and add a unique personality to each section. As part of the new structure, the subcategories were also organized with a customer lens, incorporating action-oriented labels that help customers find what they’re looking for.

Structured and Looking Fresh
After a whole phase of requirements and wireframing, we applied the new look and feel of the brand into all the elements of the site. With 14 unique template layouts and over 30 reusable components, our goal was to ensure that every detail was staying consistent with the new style.
