Creating The Story

SouthState has positioned themselves around the meaningful relationships they create with their customers. However, as they continue to grow and acquire more financial institutions, they wanted to create a campaign that would help bring peace of mind to their existing customers, but also showcase all the opportunities and innovation that comes with every change. The challenge was to create a story that spoke to all types of customers without losing the personal touch they are known for.

We created a scalable design system that allowed us to easily change the messaging depending on the audience, the product and the business goal while preserving the overall creative direction of the campaign.
